How It Works: The Four Phases
The program is structured over 12 weeks to guide you through a gentle, yet effective, transformation:
- Phase 1: Preparation: A gentle cleanse to prepare your body and digestive system for the change.
- Phase 2: Strict Adjustment: This is where you follow your personalized nutrition plan precisely. We focus on specific food combinations and serving sizes to rebalance your metabolism and initiate fat burning.
- Phase 3: Relaxed Adjustment: As your body adjusts, we slowly introduce more foods and slightly increase portion sizes, allowing you to fine-tune the plan while continuing to see results.
- Phase 4: Maintenance: This phase starts once you reach your desired goal. You'll have all the knowledge and tools to maintain your new weight and optimal health for the long term.
Your plan will detail:
- Which Foods to Eat: Your personal grocery list of protein, vegetables, fruits, and healthy fats.
- The Specific Quantity: Exact serving sizes tailored to your needs.
- The Right Combination: How to combine foods for optimal satiety and nutrient absorption.
